the breakfast was delicious. 2. the hotel has good views. 3. the location is incredible, close to food venues, Blackpool Tower, the beach, tram stops. 4. the bathroom was clean. 5. the room was modern and airy. 6.

Had a brilliant stay here. The breakfast was varied with efficient personnel. The location was best possible, and we could reach Promenade by walking.

Homely hotel with brilliant location right near town centre in the Blackpool Centre district. Immaculate room and tidy, with an electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board.

The rooms are spacious and come with comfortable beds and tasteful modern decor. the breakfast offers a variety of options and the service is efficient.

Loved the quadruple room with tasteful modern decor. Marvellous location very close to all the attractions Blackpool has to offer. - the breakfast was savoury and tasty for late risers. - Well priced. I loved the modern decor of the quadruple room

Great location near main attractions and town center, friendly and accommodating staff and owner, overall enjoyable stay.

The rooms are fantastic with extremely comfortable beds, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food.

We enjoyed our rooms overlooking the tower and were pleased with the central location close to the seafront.
